Old Festival Hall

This hall – originally part of a girls’ school – was built at the end of the 19th century. The architect used historical style features in a very liberal way. The first floor features Doric pillars, the colonnade Ionic ones, a variation which was customary during the Italian Renaissance. The façade in its turn shows references to classicism.
